Return Window
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that any artwork that has been altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Partial Refunds
Refunds may be partial in the following situations:
- Artwork with visible signs of use or damage
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced artworks may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. For valuable artworks, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
